The unfolding humanitarian crisis in Ukraine is on everyone’s mind. What can I do? How can I help?
Lakeside has partnered with Vital Solutions an NGO right out of Kirkland to send a van full of much needed medical supplies to the people suffering from this crisis, and we need your help. In order to fully equip the van and get it to the people who need it we will need to raise $5,000. To support this effort you can donate online using the link below. Please be sure to select "Barnabus Fund (Benevolence)". You can also send in checks to Lakeside Christian Church at: 701 1st St. Kirkland, WA 98033. Please be sure to write "Ukraine" in the memo line.

Vital Solutions was founded Ben, a Kirkland Pastor with Elevation Church who participated in Good Friday Worship and Kirkland Park Cleaning Days with us. Vital Solutions has a network and infrastructure that enables them to provide resources to locations around the world and has launched the “Ukrainian Refugees in Romania” project in response to the current crisis. They are working with local partners to help the Ukrainian refugees coming into Romania. Ben writes, “I personally have family and friends who are receiving the refugees and are overwhelmed by the sheer number coming through Siret into Romania.”
